About Our Nursery

My name is Morgan Brown and I have been a member of Believers Christian Fellowship Church for 15 years. I am married to my wonderful husband Jerry for 7 years and we are blessed with 3 wild and amazing children. I was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio and I am a proud graduate of Stivers School for the Arts and Sinclair Community College. I am actively involved in several ministries with BCFC which include the Believe in Me Nursery, music & praise dance ministry.

Children have always held a special place in my heart and it was that love that led me to become more involved in the field of Early Childhood Education. It was that passion that supported the quality care and education I provided to multiple children & families over my 15 years of experience in a childcare setting both as a teacher and as an administrator. I have my Associates Degree in Physical Education, a Child Development Associate specializing in Infants & Toddlers. I was also a recipient on the 2016 KinderCare Legacy award which is awarded to 7 teachers throughout the nation for their phenomenal work and commitment in the childcare field and the children & families they serve.

The Believe in Me Nursery began in June of 2017 and was created to plant seeds of faith in children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. I wanted to pass on the spiritual teachings that were instilled in me, not only to my children, but to the youth that would grow and eventually take up the mantel of the church. We have such an amazing and loving team that make our children’s time in the nursery fun and memorable. Our teachers implement a weekly (Sunday) faith-based lesson that incorporate activities that are age-appropriate and helps cultivate the child’s growth and development. Our mission is to show children why it is important and amazing to have a relationship with God and develop a strong foundation in His word. “There is no better gift than the love of God!”

If you are new to the nursery will need to fill out a Getting to Know Your Child Form so our team is aware of any food allergies, comfort strategies or general information (To contact families about upcoming programs/celebrations).

Parents/guardians must drop off and pick-up their children to/from the nursery. For their safety a child will not be released from the nursery without their guardian present.

Children will also have the opportunity to showcase what they have learned in church events and holiday programs.

If you would like your child to experience a fun and engaging experience in the Believe in Me Nursery, we are located downstairs in the Fellowship Hall.
